Sugar residue: 15-17 g/l Description: Straw yellow colored wine bright with some reflection greenish. With a lively perlage, it has perfumes of good intensity with hints of white flowers and fruit of golden apple. Good intensity. The taste is fresh and on the palate it turns out elegant and soft, with a vein pleasantly sugary. Pairings: Indicated as an aperitif and with appetizers in general. Great with vegetable and fish first courses e delicate second courses of fish. Service temperature: 6-7°C
