The precious, immense experience of Agostino Marsura, a very skilled winemaker and founder of the Marsuret cellars, has come down through the generations to his nephew Ermes, who leads the company happily combining tradition and modernity. The historic Guia winery is today an avant-garde structure but always perfectly integrated into the unique territory of Valdobbiadene, with its splendid hills covered with vineyards and its fragrant woods. In the homeland of Prosecco, the steep reliefs of Cartizze constitute the apex of the Venetian winemaking tradition. An inimitable "cru", where the Glera berries ripen in the sun, caressed by the fresh Alpine winds and nourished by the calcareous-clayey terroir of very ancient origins. The vinification in white and the sparkling process carried out according to the Martinotti-Charmat method enhance the aromatic complexity, harmony and elegance of Glera, the absolute protagonist of Valdobbiadene viticulture. Anticipated by the delicate straw colour, Prosecco Cartizze Superiore Dry Valdobbiadene DOCG Marsuret shows the typical aromas of the vine to the nose: intense hints of ripe apples and pears, citrus and fresh notes, large bouquet of flowers.
