Sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage, pale pink colour, complex aromatic bouquet with hints of raspberry and strawberry. Delicate taste reminiscent of apple, white peach, citrus fruits and wild strawberries.

GRAPES: 90% Glera – 10% Pinot noir
PRODUCTION AREA: Veneto
VINIFICATION: the grapes are vinified in rosé and the wines which are subsequently obtained from the primary fermentation, are assembled in different percentages and placed in an autoclave for the second fermentation. After 90 days of contact with the lees, it is filtered and cold bottled.
