Vineyards: "I Ger" is produced from vineyards located on hills exposed to the sun at an altitude of 300 slm level. Vinification: Produced exclusively in favorable years. The grapes are harvested in 18 kg boxes and only the first pressing takes place. The wine remains on the fine lees until the tirage. Maturation: The stacked bottles remain in contact with the lees before the "remouage". Subsequently they are disgorged and dosed only with the same wine. Sensory characteristics: Yellow in colour, the impact on the nose is intense with hints of star anise, honey and notes of evolution.
