BOUQUET The nose opens with hints of mint and thyme, well supported by excellent acidity and floral notes of jasmine and acacia. Direct, soft, with rich creamy foam and light bread crust.

PAIRINGS Very interesting Prosecco, as an aperitif, but not only. It goes perfectly with fish appetizers, white meats, fried fish, steamed fish-crustaceans, finger food and raw fish.
