VINIFICATION First fermentation on indigenous yeasts, partly in steel tanks and partly in third-passage oak barrels.

COLOR Bright yellow crossed by chains of fine bubbles.
BOUQUET Vegetable attack of lemon balm and lemon leaf, summer pear, apple, kiwi, white melon and medlar. Nuances of mimosa alternate with fresh almond, then orange and grapefruit.
TASTE Creamy, fairly balanced and of medium structure.
NOTES The production of 1701 Vintage is limited edition, because this Franciacorta is the result of a patient and scrupulous selection of the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir harvested in the Brolo and Collina vineyards. Only the best of grapes and only in the best years.
