COLOR Pale straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage.
BOUQUET Intense and persistent, fine and elegant with sensations of toasted bread and flint, return of white pulp fruits.
PAIRINGS Excellent with crustaceans, even raw, fish first courses, fish soups or with pistachio arancini typical of Etna.
TASTE Product of great freshness and elegance, well balanced and soft. Good persistence of the foam which is fine and creamy.
