Picolit DOCG is a passito white wine produced by the Perusini Agricultural Company, located in Corno di Rosazzo in the province of Udine, on the Eastern Friulian hills. The grape that gives rise to this wine is 100% Picolit harvested late.
At sight it appears golden yellow. The scent is complex with hints of acacia flowers, apricot and honey. On the palate it is intense and creamy, sweet with good acidity, harmonious and with good persistence on the finish. Ideal in combination with dry pastries, blue cheeses and pates, excellent as a meditation wine.
