TYPE OF SOIL Clayey marl alternating with layers of sandstone (calcified sands).

VINIFICATION The harvest is manual, the bunches are carefully selected before fermentation which takes place in stainless steel tanks, as well as the maturation of 6 months on the fine lees, suspended weekly through the practice of batonnage. All this to allow the vine to best express its typical and fresh personality.
