NOTES Lauro comes from a selection of grapes from the historic Mogliette vineyard planted in 1969 on the clayey soil of a windy hill facing west, the longevity of the vineyard and the particular location allow a late harvest and the achievement of an excellent balance between acidity and sugar content. The historicity of the plant, the management of the vines, the selection of the bunches during the harvesting phase and the obsessive attention in all stages of processing allows us to obtain a full-bodied, velvety and decidedly refined wine.
AGING Aging in steel tanks with prolonged batonnage for a period of 18/20 months.
