Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the floral nose is sage leaves and aromas of tropical fruit, banana and pineapple. On the fresh palate it is sapid, persistent with mineral notes.
Indigenous grape, straw yellow color with greenish reflections, fruity and floral aroma. On the palate the wine is fresh and balanced. It goes very well with first and second courses of fish, also excellent with white meats. Serve at 8/10 ° C.
Vinification : The bunches are subjected to a soft mashing at a low temperature. The must thus obtained is left to decant and then sent to fermentation at a controlled temperature, which enhances the aromatic peculiarities of the vine.
Color : Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose : Floral, with balsamic hints of sage. Aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple.
