From the hills overlooking the Adriatic of the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park comes this Classic Method of Pinot Noir in purity vinified in white, with three years of aging on the lees. Just like Nolfo da Montefeltro to whom we wanted to dedicate it, he has the confident stuff and the backbone of a medieval leader. Excellent as an aperitif, it is preferably combined with appetizers and fish first courses.
