Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is by far one of the best Italian expressions of Trebbiano-based wines, having found an ideal pedo-climatic location in our territory. Ours is a wine from a selection of the oldest vineyards of our members and is surprising for its great variety of aromas and good longevity. Very flexible in gastronomic combinations, it can be happily combined with aperitifs, seafood cuisine and delicate meat main courses.
Grapes: 100% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Vinification: Soft pressing and maceration at a controlled temperature (14/16 ° C). Color: Pale straw yellow with slight greenish hues. Bouquet: Rich and elegant fruity and citrus scents are combined with fine floral notes. Taste: Fresh, savory and harmonious with a long and pleasantly almond finish. Food matches: Excellent as an aperitif, it is the ideal companion for all seafood cuisine. Also excellent with white meats and fresh cheeses. Temperature: 8/10 ° C
