An intense straw yellow color with greenish and crystalline reflections. The nose is elegantly complex, fine, floral of orange blossom and fruity of yellow peaches with a mineral and vegetable finish. On the palate it is enveloping with an excellent acid and savory support.
RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONS
For our "red dressed in white" we are not afraid to say that it goes masterfully with any fish-based course but we recommend a baked sea bream with clams and mussels.
