Malolactic fermentation: no. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Straw yellow colour. Intense and harmonious bouquet with hints of fruit and white flowers. Fresh, lively, harmonic and persistent flavour. PAIRINGS Drink at 8-10°C. with starters and fish dishes, shellfish, soups and soft cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
