Very fine, fruity bouquet with a hint of ripe apple characteristic of the vine of origin. Taste pleasantly fresh on the palate, it maintains an aromatic and gustatory persistence. Gastronomic combinations: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with any fish dish.
