Gorgo Pinot Grigio IGT 2022 - Azienda Agricola Gorgo

A cosmopolitan wine, which involves its admirers with pleasant fruity notes tate and a persuasive softness. An elegant and refined wine, definitely versatile, it is always an excellent aperitif but also a valid accompaniment of many culinary preparations especially based on fish. Grapes: Pinot Grigio. Cultivation: Gujot, vineyards in Sommacampagna (VR) Vinification: Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Refinement: In steel tanks before bottling. Color: Pale straw yellow, with pearly and brilliant reflections. Perfume: Fruity, with pleasant notes of citrus and green apple. Taste: Soft, dry, fresh, lively and harmonious. the best are those with fish: seafood salads, risottos, cro- staceans and molluscs. Also perfect with vegetarian dishes combined with fresh cheeses. Serve at 10°C.
