Denomination Venezia Giulia IGT – Kante Agricultural Company. Grapes and Vineyard It is obtained from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested by hand. Vigna It is located at an average altitude of 250 meters slm level in the Trieste Karst, on red earth and calcareous rock characterized by strong drainage. With a planting density of 5,500 plants per hectare, a yield of 1 kg per plant and a single Guyot training system, a symbol of the winery's native research for 18 years. In the Cellar The white vinification involves 12 months of aging in old exhausted French oak barriques followed by 6 months of stabilization in steel. Final alcohol content 12%. Tasting Crystalline straw yellow. Kante's Sauvignon breaks the mold. Wide bouquet on the nose, green notes of fresh Mediterranean herbs, peppermint, basil and then tarragon, combined with a citrine note of lime and cedar.
