The lightness and the sensitive sapidity of the wine mitigate and harmonize the pleasant "fat" sensations of some dishes and enhance the rustic aromas of the vegetables and the salty ones of the fish-based dishes. How to serve and keep it It must be served at a temperature of 12°C, in goblet glasses with tall stems. It gives its best in the first year of life. In the cellar the bottles are kept in the lowest compartments, at a constant temperature between 10 and 14°C.
