Gargantilla Chardonnay Alto Mincio IGT 2023 – Cantina Reale

IGT white wine from the Mantuan hills Alto Mincio Wine obtained from Chardonnay grapes with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a delicate, characteristic, fruity aroma, a sapid, dry, full flavour. Recommended as an aperitif and with fish, shellfish and mollusc dishes. Gargantilia is in the ancient meaning of the term a very special and sparkling necklace, made up of a number consisting of various precious stones, such as sapphires, emeralds, topazes, diamonds, as well as corals and pearls. To it, together with the clothing and the glitter of gold, the noble ladies of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance entrusted their elegance and the projection of the charisma and nobility they embodied. As if to say that jewels, rather than an expensive tinsel, were understood as an authentic status symbol, through which to create or give more substance to a dimension of aristocracy that had no equal.
