The LAUS range contains three elite sweet liqueur wines, with persistent and intoxicating aromas, the result of a long production tradition that has always been oriented towards enhancing the flavors and aromas of the grapes left to ripen in the very hot Sicilian sun.
RECOGNITION: Protected Geographical Indication - Sicilian Lands. VARIETY: Moscato d'Alessandria. ALCOHOL CONTENT ( %VOL ): 16% RESIDUAL SUGAR: 12.5% VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting of well-ripened grapes with a high sugar content and traditional pressing. Once the 1.5% alcohol content is reached naturally, the fermentation is stopped by adding alcohol. AGING: In steel for about four months. FORMATS: Bottle of cl. 50 DURATION: For a couple of years if stored in a non-humid environment, away from sources of light and heat. METHODS OF STORAGE: Once the bottle has been opened, if it is closed with its mushroom cap and kept in the fridge, it will keep well for a few months.
