Classification Vermentino of Sardinia DOC. 100% Vermentino grapes. Tasting It is light straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. The aromas are delicate and fine, with nuances ranging from white-fleshed fruit to Sardinian aromatic herbs, including rosemary and thyme. The taste is soft, savory and alive. It is an excellent drinkable wine; Alcohol content: 13.00% vol.; Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
