This Sauvignon blanc is the ultimate expression of superior quality. His unique scent delicately reminiscent of the elderflower and is accompanied with a shocking aroma. The Ploner's Sauvignon Exclusiv is extraordinarily savory, unique complexity of aromas. Instead of the usual notes of nettle and green grass Sauvignon Blanc are dominant hints of hay flowers and hints of citrus fruits. A rare and very valuable complexity, with a almost infinite ending. Place of production: Marling (Merano), on a hill with a 30-40% slope; exposed in the morning. Cultivation: on espalier with 7,000 plants/ha. Soil: mixed sand and silt, with granite skeleton.
