Hilly soils, with an average altitude of 230 meters slm , mainly clayey-limestone. Marketing period January/February of the year following the harvest. Vinification and aging Brief cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Organoleptic characteristics Straw yellow with bright greenish hues. Strong aromas of exotic fruit, banana, citrus and delicate notes of yellow flowers. Fresh, soft and pleasant. Medium bodied and good persistence. Gastronomic matches Excellent with all fish-based cuisine, from fish and shellfish appetizers to seafood risottos, it also goes well with light first courses and delicate meat-based dishes. Excellent as an aperitif. Alcohol content 12.5% alc./vol.
