Pecorino Terra di Chieti is a wine that follows a short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, delicate pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Its marketing usually takes place in the months of January/February of the year following the harvest.We are talking about a wine that stands out in the glass for its straw yellow color with golden hues. On the nose it offers a persistent and fruity aroma of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, exquisitely blended with balsamic notes and floral hints.A glass that has a good structure and a long persistence on the palate. Hilly soils, with an average altitude of 230 meters slm , mainly clayey-limestone. Marketing period January/February of the year following the harvest. Vinification and aging Brief cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Organoleptic characteristics Straw yellow color with golden notes. Aromas of fresh yellow and ripe fruit, fine balsamic and floral notes. Good structure and long persistence.
