The only white wine produced by the company, Nibbiano takes its name from one of the streams that flow near the cellar. Made for about half with red grapes that are immediately pressed and vinified without peel, it is an immediate, fresh and easy to drink wine but with a strong and authentic character that makes it unique and recognizable in every vintage
Type Bianco di Toscana IGT Production area Municipality of Montepulciano Grapes Sangiovese, Grechetto, Trebbiano and Malvasia Training system Spurred cordon and Guyot Yield 70-80 quintals/ha Vinification Vinification at controlled temperatures. Stop for 3 months in steel, at least one of which on fine lees. Maturation and refinement. Refinement in the bottle for a minimum period of 3 months. Suggested pairings To be enjoyed as a pleasant aperitif or as an accompaniment to delicate first courses, white meats, tasty fish-based preparations, fresh or semi-mature cheeses, cold cuts. Serving temperature 12-14 °C. Production in no. of bottles 3,000 to 6,000
