Notes: We produce it in the highest vineyard of our estate, in Monforte d'Alba, at about 530 meters above sea level, where the climatic conditions are excellent for freshness and the acidity that make this variety one of the most renowned in the world as well as one our great passion! Tasting features Appearance: more or less intense pale straw yellow in relation to the vintage. On the nose: the typical hydrocarbon and mineral scents emerge, with a fresh note fruity in youth. On the palate: vertical and savory, the marked acidity typical of the grape emerges, which gives freshness and infinite persistence. It is advisable to drink it at a temperature of 12-15°C. A great dry white pleasantness that meets the strength and structure given by the Langhe hills; intense and versatile when young, it is certainly suitable for long aging.
