The wine, aged both in steel and in amphora, is intense straw yellow, with a decisive and complex olfactory imprint, yellow flowers, citrus peel, aniseed textures, united by a deep mineral note given precisely by the Adriatic Sea. Dedicated to "Altabella" the last Civitanova fishmonger, a true icon in the marine environment of our city. Mouth of important balance and consistency, wine of great longevity. It goes well, served at 12°C, with important fish and meat dishes such as baked monkfish or lamb steaks.
