From Passerina grapes harvested by hand and refermented with the Martinotti method, it is straw yellow with greenish reflections, with fine and persistent bubbles.
Delicate hints of yellow flowers and fruity notes of peach, pineapple and banana on the nose.
Very balanced and soft in the mouth, with a sensation of freshness and delicate sapidity for a pleasant finish.
Ideal for aperitifs and with seafood appetizers, excellent with fried fish and white meats.
It is recommended to serve it at 8°C.
