Do you know that you are about to drink a cup that you risked never being able to drink again? Very rare grapes, autochthonous and yet to be discovered. We really like this Garofanata a lot and we strictly uncork it when we are in excellent company.
Obtained from Garofanata grapes, a very rare native vine with great potential, it is characterized by an intense straw yellow which releases a fruity bouquet on the nose, bright on the drink. In the mouth it is balanced and the delicate minerality leads to a decisive finish. It goes well with seafood appetizers, delicate land appetizers, but also with seafood first courses. To be served chilled at 10°C.
