The wine is intense straw yellow, with an important consistency. Strong and complex olfactory imprint, with textures of ripe fruit, citrus peel, peach, yellow flowers, united by a deep mineral note and a delicate touch of vanilla. Mouth of important balance and consistency, with a pleasantly long and fresh finish.A wine with great longevity, it is recommended to serve it at 12°C together with important fish and meat dishes, excellent with aged cheeses.
