Otherwise it is the traditional "house wine" of Menfi produced with the technique of perpetual aging in a single barrel, filled during the year and topped up with the new vintage at each harvest.
Otherwise it has the intense and luminous color of amber, enlivened by golden flashes. It has a predominantly tertiary nose in which the fruity notes of apricot and ripe figs blend with the balsamic hints of medicinal herbs and the toasted notes of dried nuts. The body is full, broad, dry and tasty, never yielding, with a slightly tannic finish.
