The Dindarello di Maculan was born in the heart of the Veneto region, from the company's vineyards most suited to the Moscato viticulture. It is produced entirely with Moscato grapes, harvested only by hand and left to dry in the loft for about 30 days. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature, after which the wine is refined for 3 months in the bottle, before being marketed. It has a light straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense varietal aromas, enriched with delicate honeyed and floral notes. On the palate it is sweet and very fresh, with a good balance that accompanies towards a long and persistent finish. This sweet wine is perfect in combination with pastry desserts, especially with cream. It is ideal to accompany fruit tarts and homemade focaccias.
