View: straw yellow. Smell: aromas of white flowers and white peach with hints of citrus and tropical fruits. Taste: strong and mineral taste reminiscent of the yeasts that made it.
Production area: hills of the province of Chieti (Italy). Vineyards: Martelli. Altitude: 167 slm Training system: Filone. Grape variety: Pecorino (autochthonous vine). Density per hectare: 2500 vines. Average plant production: 6 kg. Grape yield: 12.5 quintals, wine 87 hl/ha. Soil: predominantly sandy clayey. Harvest time: 5-Sept. – 5-Oct. Type of wine: white. Vinification: the grapes are softly pressed, the must is fermented at low temperatures with native yeasts and the wine left to refine in steel containers: the simplicity of the preparation highlights the best expressive characteristics of the vine. In the vintages that recommend it, it is aged in wood. Alcohol content: 13.0% vol. Serving temperature: 10-12° C. 750ml format. Allergens: sulphites
