The "Conte della Vipera" is a white wine that is the result of a skilful combination of international vines , Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, which are grown in the vineyards of the Castello della Sala estate, located on soils rich in fossils at a height between 250 and 350 meters above sea level. The bunches, after harvesting, are softly pressed, and the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks , where it then remains to refine until bottling.
