Sensory notes

Color: Yellow with golden reflections. Nose: Intense and persistent with marked floral and fruity notes. Flavor: Harmonious, dry and savory with the typical slight bitterness of Trebbiano grapes.

Harvest

Manual selection of the grapes harvested from 5 to 15 October in an ancient 30-year-old vineyard in Martinsicuro with optimal exposure and medium-low yield. The terroir guarantees these grapes daily temperature excursions which, together with the organic farming techniques used on the farm, emphasize the typical aromas of the grapes of our Trebbiano d'abruzzo doc .

Vinification

The vinification of the organic wine without sulphites of Torri Bakán takes place exclusively in thermo-conditioned steel vats and the skin maceration is carried out at a low temperature.

How to combine our Trebbiano d'Abruzzo wine

To be served cold, our Trebbiano is an excellent accompaniment to an aperitif, perhaps with a sea view. But the white wine of Abruzzo Torri Bakán is also superlative during a grilled fish, shellfish dishes or a tartare.
