Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Organoleptic characteristics

Straw yellow with greenish and brilliant shades. Pleasant fruity aromas of exotic fruit combine with delicate floral notes. With a good structure, fresh, savory and balanced.

Food pairings

Excellent with all fish-based cuisine, it also goes well with delicate meat-based dishes. Excellent with appetizers and as an aperitif.
