Production area

In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

Land

Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, mainly clayey limestone.

Period of marketing

January / February of the year following the harvest.

Vinification and aging

Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Organoleptic characteristics

Straw yellow with golden notes. Aromas of yellow fruit blend with floral and balsamic notes. Savory taste, with good structure and long persistence.

Food pairings

Excellent with all fish-based cuisine, it also goes well with delicate meat-based dishes and vegetables. Excellent with appetizers and as an aperitif.
