In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.

Land

Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, mainly clayey limestone.

Period of marketing

January / February of the year following that of the harvest.

Vinification and aging

Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Organoleptic characteristics

Straw yellow color with greenish notes. Persistent and fruity aroma, with citrus notes. Good structure, excellent freshness, full and intense flavor.

Food pairings

It goes well with all seafood cuisine, but is also well suited to aperitifs and first courses.
