BOUQUET The fruit, declined with different nuances, alternates with floral and mineral touches, while on the finish there are also references to aromatic herbs.

WINE PAIRING Fish appetizers, White meats, Fresh cheeses, Steamed fish-shellfish, Finger Food, Eggs and quiches.Try it with a steamed fish soup enriched with Mediterranean scents.

TASTE In the mouth it reveals a nice fullness and a sensorial appeal where there are also white pulp fruits like pear: with good balance and persistence, with a closure characterized by tasty flavor.

NOTES The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Superiore Spelt from the La Valentina farm is a territorial and expressive white wine, with a vegetal, fruity and savory tone. Produced for the first time in 2010, it was immediately able to stand out among the whites presented by the cellar, also due to the excellent value for money, immediately proving to be gifted with truly remarkable elegance and territoriality. Starting from year 2017, his name is shown on the label in gold-colored characters, to celebrate several years of success.

AGING Aging in steel for the first 4 months sur lies in tanks positioned outside and in concrete for the following year. Bottled 15 months after harvest without clarification, without forced stabilization and without filtration.
