PRODUCTION AREA Vineyards facing south-east, south-west and north-west in the municipalities of Nus, Fenis, Chambave, Verrayes, Saint-Denis, Pontey at 450-680 meters above sea level.
VARIETY Moscato Bianco 100%
TYPE OF SOIL Soils of morainic origin, mainly composed of sand (80%) and, for the remainder, of silt. The clay content is minimal (at most 10%). In fact, these are sub-alkaline soils rich in skeleton, usually not very deep.
VINIFICATION In steel, with cold prefermentative skin macerations for 36 or 48 hours. Fermentation at 12 or 16 degrees

COLOR Straw yellow, greenish reflections, crystalline
BOUQUET Good impact, fine, aromatic, floral, fruity. Apricot, sage, thyme and peach are recognized.
PAIRINGS Aperitif wine, appetizers and snacks. fish first and second courses, soft and fresh cheeses.
TASTE Wine with good body, consistent, dry, delicately alcoholic, fresh. Final sensations: freshness, aroma, elegant flavor.
NOTES The mountainous territory, the height of the vineyards, the cool and dry climate, the strong temperature variations, these are the factors that enrich the aromas and perfumes of the Moscato Bianco grapes that grow in the vineyards of Chambave, cultivated with care and commitment by the members of the cooperative La Crotta di Vegneron . The environmentally friendly production process and the modern winemaking systems that the winery is equipped with give rise to excellent wines such as Valle d'Aosta DOC Chambave Muscat.
AGING 5 months in steel, keeping the wine on the fine lees of fermentation with frequent bâtonnages.
