One of the many variations of Aglianico in the Vulture has always been sparkling wine. The autoclave technique enhances the caressing olfactory notes of Aglianico and of the vines that complete the assembly by exhibiting valuable fruity notes of white peach, yellow melon, sage and white flowers.
In 1895, Federico Martinotti patented his method for the second fermentation of a sparkling wine in a closed container. Our Abruzzo Spumante Rosé Brut is born today from fermentation in autoclave, which enhances its fruity and floral notes.
Coral color, fine and persistent perlage. The nose is delicate and is expressed with dominant notes of roses and citrus. On the palate it has great flavor, with a long and harmonious finish.
Also excellent throughout the meal, it goes particularly well with appetizers and fish-based first courses.
