Sangrinus è il tipico ratafià ottenuto da un’accurata selezione di Montepulciano d’Abruzzo doc e freschissime amarene con aggiunta di spezie aromatiche naturali, Goccia di Ratafià è una deliziosa novità tutta da scoprire con il succo di pesca al posto dell’amarena. Dal gusto morbido, spiccano per la freschezza dei frutti prima e il sapore deciso del vino poi. Ottimi con dolci secchi o freddi a fine pasto come liquori dolci. Volume alcolometrico: 21%

È un liquore conosciuto in tutto l’Abruzzo, a base di amarene e vino rosso ottenuto da uve del vitigno Montepulciano. È tradizionalmente prodotta ponendo amarene mature intere o snocciolate e zucchero dentro recipienti di vetro esposti al sole per circa 30 giorni, al fine di favorire la fermentazione. Al prodotto così ottenuto si aggiunge poi il vino Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC, lasciando macerare e agitando periodicamente fino a maturazione. Il prodotto è poi filtrato e imbottigliato.

Ratafià is part of the list of traditional products of the Aosta Valley ( PAT ). It is a sweet and full-bodied liqueur with an aftertaste of black cherry.

Ratafià is a liqueur that has always been present in the Abruzzo home tradition. Ratafià Praesidium is Praesidium from an accurate infusion process of excellent raw materials, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Praesidium wine and black cherries, some of which are found near our vineyards, characterized by an intense aroma and a warm body. The alcohol content is 26.5% vol.

Black cherries combined with merlot wine give us the right balance between sweet, sour and bitter, elegant and surprising perceptions, with a dry finish that prepares the mouth for the next sip.
