Color: Green with yellowish reflections. Smell: Medium fruity with hints of cut grass. Taste: Bitter and spicy notes with artichoke or almond aftertaste.

Oil produced with our "dritta" monocultivar, typical of our territory. We collect the olives in our hectares of olive groves and produce extra virgin olive oil through cold pressing. Rich in unsaturated fats, it is the oldest remedy against cardiovascular pathologies, as it keeps the level of cholesterol in the blood low. The same extra virgin is used, exclusively, in the preparation of pickles, embellishing the aromas.

Oil endowed with great ductility and ideal ingredient for various raw and cooking preparations, whose natural qualities satisfy the health and taste needs of adults and children.
