Tasting Notes
The extra virgin olive oil "Oliomania" Bio by Marina Palusci is a multivarietal oil with a pistachio green color with golden reflections. On the nose stand out almond, artichoke, tomato leaves with shades of currant. The taste is clean and clear, bitter and spicy with medium intensity.
