Classic Method

The "KK" made by the Kante winery is a Classic Method which is characterized by the Zero Dosage, i.e. by the non-addition of any dosing liquor in the final stages of production. It is a versatile bubble, which gives emotions both during the aperitif and throughout the meal.

Reserve of an intense yellow color, it has a very fine perlage, a complex bouquet that ranges from floral to ripe fruit with spicy and yeast notes.
