Delicate antique pink color with very fine and persistent perlage, it has notes of dry pastry and pomegranate, together with citrus tones of pink grapefruit and mandarin, with delicious hints of cherry and toasted almond. Fresh and snappy on the palate, it reveals a pleasant balance between sapidity and freshness with long creamy returns of wild berry yoghurt. With scallops au gratin or fried prawns, it goes well with seafood dishes.

Contadi Castaldi 's Franciacorta Satèn is produced with Chardonnay from various company vineyards, all over 20 years of age and managed with different training systems (Guyot, Casarsa and spurred cordon). The harvest takes place between the end of August and the beginning of September; after pressing, the must is clarified through natural cold sedimentation and slowly fermented (about 20 days) in stainless steel. The malolactic fermentation is partially carried out, and the base wine is aged for 7 months, partly in steel and partly in barriques. Bottling in May is the prelude to 30-36 months of rest on the lees. The dosage is small, 6g/L and after another 3-4 months in the bottle, the Satèn is ready to be uncorked.

The Franciacorta Extra Brut "Vittorio Moretti" is subsequently made sparkling with refermentation in the bottle according to the classic method and completes its maturation with an aging of a further seven years, achieving the unmistakable taste that has crowned it among the excellences of the sector. Ready to drink, it also lends itself to resting further in our cellars. At sight the very fine and persistent perlage embellishes the golden and brilliant tone. On the nose hints of ripe white fruit, spices, candied citrus fruits, honey and toasted dried fruit such as almonds and hazelnuts. The palate is powerful, complex, smooth, broad and creamy. The Franciacorta Grande Cuvée Alma Rosé Pas Dosé by Bellavista was born in vineyards located in the heart of Franciacorta DOCG. The name Alma, which in Latin means "she who feeds", is a tribute to this land. It is mainly produced from Chardonnay grapes, with the addition of Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand from vines with an average age of over 25 years. Once the grapes have been vinified, the wines are aged in pièces (228-litre Burgundian barriques). The sparkling process takes place according to the classic method, with aging on the lees. It is characterized by an antique pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a broad perfume, among which pleasant nuances of Mediterranean flowers, citrus fruits, peach, lychee and pomegranate stand out, with final notes reminiscent of white chocolate, almond and marzipan. On the palate it is pleasantly sapid and complete in the aftertaste, with a long and persistent finish. Perfect as an aperitif and to accompany appetizers and fish-based first courses.

About 100 selections come from the same harvest and are identified with extreme care in 107 parcels distributed in 10 different municipalities of Franciacorta ("horizontal assembly"). To this vast patrimony of olfactory and gustatory variations are then added the aromas and flavors of particular "reserve wines" from different harvests ("vertical assembly"). A unique cuvée, which with its elegant complexity represents the most complete and often mysterious soul of Franciacorta.

Immediate notes of wild rose, fragrant cascades of peach blossom, then a concert of crystallized freshness in the mouth at first impact, always 24 months on the lees, zero dosage liquid, uncompromising elegance for this champenois made with Aglianico grapes vinified in white.

It took years of experimentation, in which we have traveled many untraced roads, before being able to put our Nature on the market on an ongoing basis. Monovitigno with black grapes was the first Italian Classic Method without added sulphites produced in a serial way.

The vintage, as opposed to the Sansannée, indicates the single vintage from which the wine contained in the bottle comes. Always produced from a careful internal selection of the bases, produced in a specific harvest. This wine's main intention is to enhance and best tell the various peculiarities that each vintage has to express.
