GIN J7 Botanic Premium Dry Gin - 7 Botaniche - Abruzzo We have dedicated our first Gin to Majella, our mother mountain; we have captured the most characteristic essences and created a balanced and unmistakable premium distillate. With a dry and characteristic taste, J7 has an alcoholic concentration of 47 ° in which, on a bed of robust and persistent Juniper, the other fragrances are finely reclined, among which the resinous scent of the mountain pine buds stands out. Powerful, Harmonious and Persistent Aroma. It is recommended served with ice, light tonic and a sprig of rosemary or lavender. Distillation in small batches The botanicals that make up the final aromatic profile are macerated individually to extract the aroma in the best conditions, this is essential if you think of the different molecular structure between the "epigeal" part (the leaf of the Thyme), and the “underground” part of the plants (the root of the Gentian). The final distillation takes place in a bain-marie alembic which, in a slow and delicate way, extracts the alcoholic vapors without "cooking" the botanicals to enhance their aroma.
