The distillation is carried out with an artisanal method, the system is in copper, discontinuous steam and the cutting of the head and tail with the selection of the heart carried out at each batch by the master distiller. The 5-year aging took place in used barriques from their cellar. The cut is made at the end of the aging with demineralized water. A total of 170 bottles of 0.70 l were produced.
