Bitter Noveis - Francoli

This liqueur is obtained from the infusion in alcohol of aromatic herbs (gentiana, gentianella, Roman wormwood, yarrow, genepì, germander) gathered on the slopes of Monte Noveis, which rises between Valsesia and Valsessera, with the addition of cinchona infusions , rhubarb, sweet and bitter orange, licorice, anise. It is aged for a short time in wooden barrels before being bottled. It has a pleasant and harmonious flavour; thanks to the properties of the herbs of which it is composed, it is certainly an excellent digestive and a thirst quencher with the addition of water.
